Program Management and Operations
I’m known for my ability to parachute into new environments, quickly gauge the lay of the land, find allies, engage essential resources, and then create ‘that which has not existed before.’ To do this well requires ease navigating the world at 50,000 feet and experience working directly with the C-suite, strategic partners, and high profile individuals. And it helps to love to be deep in the trenches with individual creative, business, and technical team members.
Effectively engaging and leading with all of these moving parts means that I have to be able to create flexible and executable plans - roadmaps - for myself and others.
